Dr Sobeih Al Saadi, is an astronomer. He has informed that Ramadan is likely to be observed twice in the year 2030. Due to the reason in discrepancies between the Gregorian and Islamic/ Hijri calendars. He went on to clarify that this phenomenon occurs every 33 years because the Islamic/Hijri year lags behind the Gregorian year by around 11 days.
